LEC is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you – i.e. Arranging for a ticket to be sent to you by the postal service.

Customers to provide full, accurate and legible information in the order process.
All prices are in UK Sterling. All credit card payments must be authorised online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, We are not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. We are not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer
The Event Organiser reserves the right to:
Make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme or cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price (If an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided)

The venue reserves the right to:
Refuse admission, or remove you from the venue in reasonable circumstances – such as the refusal of security checks or if venue staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people’s enjoyment of the event – and without a refund, provide alternative tickets at the event should the staging of the event so require e.g. due to unavoidable seating changes, confiscate prohibited items – such as bottles, cans, food and drink not purchased at the event, cameras or items that may potentially be used as a weapon – in accordance with its policies. If in any doubt please check with the venue before attending.

Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of standing or other general admission tickets as for many venues duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances

Please check details such as timings and car park charges with the venue before travelling as these may be subject to late changes

Please note a valid ticket is required to attend the event, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void

Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing. By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.
